Temperature acceptable: -20 degree to 80 degree. 2) Galvanize tube: used diameter 114 millimeter international standard steel tube, wall thickness 3.3mm after the whole machining, de-rust, acid-washing, galvanized with special craft, the surface will be tackled with plastic powder by sprinkling twice, high temperature solidify, smooth surface, anti-UV, anti-rust, anti-fade, anti-crack, bright color, and durable. Proceed on the mould oven machine under temperature 205 degree. Temperature acceptable: -20 degree to 100 degree. 3) Deck: Used strong intension punching board, the surface shows microwave shape after being tackled with especial craft, safe, beautiful and good skid resistance. Proceed on the mould oven machine under temperature 205 degree. Temperature acceptable: -20 degree to 100 degree. 4) Fastener: The fasteners are stainless steel screw to connect and add the rubber mat between fastener and pipe. Besides, we increase fastening screw to improve its safety. 5) The rope net and trampoline parts adopt the mooring rope of sail vessel, the diameter is 16 millimeter. The inside part is stainless steel wire covered with rubber pipe. 6) Wooden part: use imported Indonesia camp horwood , which is texture crisscross, uniform structure, high density. After drying, it passed production and machining then especially tackle with fireproof and antisepsis at least three times. Good stability and climate resistance. Outdoor Play - Maintenance
Outdoor playgrounds are fun and exhilarating places for children to play, But to remain safe they need to be inspected, maintained and assessed on a regular basis. All members of our Outdoor Maintenance team are qualified to the necessary levels by the RPII (Register of Play Inspectors International)
Operational Playground Inspections
The property management company can carry out these playground inspections for you! This involves looking in more detail at the condition
of the equipment ideally on a quarterly basis. It acts as a quality control
check on the more regular inspections and identifies wear and tear on the equipment.
These operational inspections should be carried out by an appropriately trained member of staff or alternatively by a suitably qualified specialist and should be recorded.
Routine Playground Inspections
Looking at the basic condition of the equipment, especially faults due to recent vandalism, breakages and also cleanliness of the playground. These inspections can be carried out by the manager or by his / her staff and should be recorded on a simple sheet or book. The original equipment supplier should have provided you with a checklist. Dependent on usage, these playground inspections should be carried out weekly as a minimum.
