Climbing wall playground is very helpful for children's whole body exercise, and it can also strengthen children's physical coordination ability.
1. Climbing Techniques
The basic purpose of using hands in climbing is to make the body move upward and as close as possible to the rock wall. There are many kinds of fulcrums on the rock wall, and there are dozens of common ones. The climber should be familiar with the shape of these particles, know where to grasp and how to exert force on different fulcrums. According to the position and direction of the prominent (or depression) fulcrums, there are such methods as cutting, pinching, pulling, pulling, holding and pushing. But don't stick to it. There are many ways to grasp the same fulcrum.
2. Climbing footwork
Foot method is to emphasize the use of foot movements in climbing, including foot-stepping and foot-changing techniques. The correct method of foot-changing is to ensure stability without increasing the burden on hands. Take the change from the right foot to the left foot as an example. First, lift the left foot above the right foot. The right foot rotates counterclockwise (downward) with the right foot on the most right side of the fulcrum, leaving the left side of the fulcrum empty, while the weight of the right foot is still on the right foot. The left foot cuts in from the top, steps on the point, and the right foot pulls out in the right direction. The weight is over the left foot.
